Flow Reaction Catalysts
We have developed a new precious metal catalyst with low pressure loss for flow reaction by utilizing our technology and experience in hydrogenation reaction and catalyst preparation accumulated since our establishment. These catalysts are made by loading precious metals such as palladium and platinum onto particle-size-adjusted charcoal or spherical activated carbon, and are as effective for all hydrogenation reactions as conventional powder catalysts used in batch reactions.
Mediun Powder Form Catalysts
This catalyst uses powdered activated carbon with coarse particle size as a support in order to reduce pressure loss. This catalyst can be used in a similar way to conventional powder catalysts, and is effective for production processes using small columns. It has excellent filtration properties and can be used for batch reactions.

Spherical Form Catalysts
This is a catalyst in which precious metals are supported on spherical activated carbon. Spherical (bead-shaped) activated carbon with high uniformity is used as a carrier, and features an extremely low pressure drop. The catalyst can be operated at stable flow rates and pressures, making it suitable for scale-up and mass synthesis.

*A catalyst for selective reduction of functional groups developed to suppress dehalogenation. It shows more dehalogenation inhibiting effect than ordinary platinum catalysts due to catalyst poisoning by sulfur compounds.
